OBJECTIVES OF THE CAMP:

Gliding on ice and steps - helps developing good technique on variety of jumps;
Spins - lerning spinning techniques;
Jumps - learning the right technique of jumping. Jumps in one turn and Axel, jump in two turns и jumps in three turns;
Learning the technique of jumping with the help of Figure Skating Jumping Harness System. Recommended.
Special physical training - learing the elements of figure skating off ice;
General physical training - education of physical qualities and development of functionality;
Choreography - classical choreography;
Alexei's Mishin's vestibular simulator - unique simulator, development of vestibular stability.

GROUPS:

Group 1- professional sport. Will be training on triple jumps.
Group 2- youth. Will be training on Axel and double jumps.
Group 3- beginners skating 1-2 years. Will be training on single jumps and Axel.
